Step 1 for successful Employer Branding: Setting the right goals

The definition of the verb "Quiet Quitting" is an approach to one's work in which the employee chooses not to take on more tasks than those included in the job description.

For employer branding to create real value within your organization, you need to know what skills you need to attract today and in the future.

What are your employer branding goals? That's a question I think most people should answer before spending time and resources on this important work. Why? The answer is simple. If you don't know where you're going, it's impossible to know if you're on the right track. The goal should be concrete so that you can measure results along the way and justify the resources that need to be invested.

A concrete target could be "We want to increase the inflow of relevant applications by 20%" or "We want to get more applications from women" but also "We want to have at least 50,000 impressions of our Employer Brand to IT specialists in the Stockholm region every month".

The goal is unfortunately easy to forget because you want so badly to start strengthening your employer brand right away and make small point efforts to get started, but it is unfortunately a waste of time (over time seen). Instead, think about what your organization needs for employees, map the current situation and your starting point, and concretize the need internally and create a target image. One important and real KPI is better than ten irrelevant KPIs.

We help companies concretize their needs, define their goal and above all – achieve it.
