New feature! Apply with video

With Talent Software, you can allow potential candidates to submit videos with their applications. Use video as a selection question - with or without a CV. Potential candidates can easily upload their video file to the application form and you will then be able to review the videos - directly on the candidate card. All you need to do to enable the video application is follow thisΒ guide.

New feature! Filter positions by department

As a recruiter, you can now easily filter vacancies by going to the tab Positions click onFilter and select a department.

New feature! Easily see which position a candidate has applied for

Now you can easily see which posts a candidate has applied for by going to the Candidates tab, clicking on Filter and selecting all posts. In the table, you will now see the post a candidate applied for, right next to the column with the candidate's name. Click on the candidate's name to go to the candidate card and see the application for the post.

Update: Even faster career & job pages

We want to provide the best possible experience for all candidates who visit your career site - whether they're using a mobile, tablet, or computer. That's why we've made our automatic image optimization even better. All images (up to 50 MB) are now automatically compressed and converted to .WEBP (a high-quality, small-size image format).

Update: Simply add & move candidates to closed positions

We have now made it possible for you as a recruiter to manually add or move candidates to positions that are no longer open for applications.

Better automated testing via Assessio

To ease automated testing of candidates via Assessio, we've updated our integration so you can manage candidates based on whether they achieve a yellow or green result.

Update: Improved star rating of candidates

We want to make it easy for you and your colleagues to recruit together as a team - that's why we've simplified the star rating of candidates. During the recruitment process, the most recent rating will now apply - instead of giving a collective average of each rating. Each rating will still be available on the candidates' timelines. This provides a good overview of the best candidates and makes it easy for you to adjust your rating of a candidate after you have evaluated the candidate in more detail.

Various performance improvements & bug fixes

In addition to all the new features and updates, we always work hard to make Talent Software - faster, easier and better. This means, among other things, several minor bug fixes and changes that help make Talent Software even faster.
